Litigation attorney representing clients in trials before Maryland Circuit and District Courts and U.S. District Court as well as Courts in the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey on a pro hac basis. Brief and argue cases before Maryland Court of Appeals and Court of Special Appeals and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Practice before the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission, Social Security Administration and other State and Federal Agencies. Maintain large volume of cases involving workers' compensation, social security disability, automobile accidents, products liability, medical malpractice, and other personal injury matters. Experience at all levels of litigation from interviews, investigation, discovery, deposition, motion hearings to trials and appeals. Research and write motions, briefs, complaints and other legal documents.

Conduct mediations, neutral case evaluations, binding arbitration, settlement conferences and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Court Appointed Mediator by Circuit Court for Frederick County since 2000 and by Circuit Court for Washington County since 2008.
